Not, very many people hit the lottery even in small amounts which makes playing lottery strategies very sensitive and desired.  What I am about to say might seem silly; but use your imagination.

    Your state lottery, like any business must maintain profits and customer satisfaction.

    Think about the number of people playing lottery each day in your own small communities and the amount of individual numbers that each of them are playing.  Next, expand that thought to included the city and farther the state's pick 3 and 4 lottery games; where each players has a list of their own numbers; you are talking about millions of different 3 and 4 digit numbers that have the same potential to be the a winner for each player and thus a liability for each state's lottery survival or profits for that drawing. 

    I have come up with a ball park figure for a State Lottery paying out about 200,000.00 per drawing.  If $200,000.00 on an average drawing on the pick 3 game; if everyone that hit won straight for 500.00 you would only have to divide to see that about 400 persons won in the State.  Now using the same $200,000.00 pay out and guessing that everyone hit for a 50 cent box; not straight;  200,000.00 / 42.00 = 4761.9, which means that only about 4,762 person hit.  [I used 42.00 instead of 41.50; don't like % of a dollar].   As you can see not many people hit.  Now, remember we are talking about persons that hit; when in reality it is not the person that hit this pick 3 lottery game; it is the person's LIST OF PICK 3 NUMBERS THAT HIT.  Now, if such a few person hit in our comparison of persons, [400 if all hit straight and 4,762 if all hit box]; think about the total single pick 3 digit numbers that were played that day; those that hit and the ones that loss.  We are talking about hundreds of thousands  bets being placed on only 220 different 3 digit numbers. All of the numbers are covered thousand of times; now knowing which one will have the better chance of coming is what our system are designed to give.
